Why is my diary locked

Go to Instructor Profile by clicking on the name of the instructor (top-right corner)

  1. Click Operation Tab. Make sure that 'Status' drop down box shows 'Active'
  2. Select 'Other Info' and see if the account has expired
  3. Click 'User' button (bottom of the Profile page) and make sure that 'Access Status' drop down box shows 'Grant Access'
