Besides Director Account tutor diary also has Operator, Manager and Admin accounts. There are some differences between these accounts commonly known as Administration and Instructor Accounts, which have different access levels.

• If you log as instructor then all new pupils will be automatically allocated to you.
• If you log as Director or any of other Administration accounts, pupils will NOT be allocated to you, you need to allocate them to yourself in Pupil Profile - Settings Tab
• So, if you logged as director and then log as instructor the pupil will disappear, unless you have explicitly allocated the pupil to yourself.
• That is because, as a director, you can have several instructors and you do not want others to see all pupils you have in your diary.
